<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a camera universal head for setting a camera in a car from interfering with a room mirror and a cable even when the camera is rotated for backward photographing. <P>SOLUTION: The axes of rotary sections are separate and, thereby, the arm part of the universal head is rotated. That allows backward photographing without rotating the camera main body near the room mirror. In addition, the rotation axis of the arm part is 20mm displaced from the mounting center.
