PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an access control log file in a secure OS for highly readable domain setting and access control setting taking a domain transition into consideration. SOLUTION: A hierarchical relationship of domains showing an access right to resources given for each process set in a domain transition setting file is drawn in a tree structure domain transition chart 130 using the domains as nodes. Processes (entry points) 133 and 134 in which operation to the resources is rejected are drawn selectably on the lower side of an entry point 132 inside the corresponding node 131. Arrows are drawn from the entry point 132 to the entry points 133 and 134 for explicitly showing a master-slave relation of the processes, while the node 131 is colored (hatching) for showing presence of the processes (entry points 133 and 134) requiring domain transition.
