PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by preventing fire spread to an electric component box even when fire breakout occurs on a terminal block connected with the electric component box storing electric components by external cause such as arson, and easily handling a lead wire of the terminal block in accordance with the intended use. SOLUTION: A control board 21 and the terminal block 25 can be demounted from the electric component box 23 in a state of being connected by a connector 27, by forming a through hole 31 on a power source plate 24, though the lead wire 13 of the terminal block drawn out from the control board 21 is connected with the terminal block 25 by the connector 27, and the damage of the lead wire 14 can be prevented by implementing flanging work on the circumference of the through hole 31, thus an air conditioner improved both in its workability and serviceability can be provided.
