PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and highly accurately stick various pressure sensitive adhesive tapes of a predetermine dimension to a predetermined position of a work (a sticking object) when temporarily fixing and masking a base board in an electronic equipment manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The tape 2 stuck to the predetermined position of a surface of the sticking object W is continuously delivered from a supply reel, and the sticking object W is moved in a state of sticking a part of the tape 2 of releasing lower side releasing paper 5 to the surface of the sticking object W, and the tape 2 is cut in the predetermined length. When sticking a cut tape piece 2A to the surface of the sticking object W, the tape 2 is held at its tip by a tape sending-out slider 60 in a state of releasing the releasing paper 5 on the sticking object W side. The tape is cut after sending out the tape by the tape sending-out slider 60, and its tape tip 2a and the sticking roller 62 tip of the tape sending-out slider 60 are positioned. The tape tip 2a is stuck to the predetermined position of the sticking object W transferred to a sticking position, and the cut tape piece 2A is held by and stuck to a sucking guide 40.
