PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle suspension assembly which can be smoothly operated. SOLUTION: The bicycle suspension assembly includes a first suspension member (42), a second suspension member (41), a bearing (44), and a shock-absorbing structure (43). The bearing (44) is operatively disposed between the first and second suspension members to movably support the first suspension member for rotation relative to the second suspension member. The shock-absorbing structure is disposed between the suspension members so as to be expanded or contracted according to the relative rotation between the suspension members.
