PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively provide a working space where water work can be carried out except for a water tub part at the top plate of a sink. SOLUTION: A draining tray 14a arranged along the water tub part opening edge 12b of the water tub part opening 12a of the top plate 12 at the sink 11 is provided with an open edge 14b open-extended toward the opening 12a and a dam wall 14d at a periphery except for this. At the bottom 14 of the tray 14a, a projecting part 14g having a water course part (f) and a top part higher than a water course part (f) and placing products is formed to expand the area of a water work area which can be mounted optionally and selectively. Thus, the draining structure for a kitchen where water treatment and draining and storing of products are easy is provided in the vicinity of the water tub part 13, so that convenience in cooking work is improved.
