<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of easily and effectively utilizing facility information acquired through a network. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal apparatus 500 acquires facility information having the name information of facilities, position information, content information display areas, and map information display areas from an information providing server apparatus 400 through the network 200. In facility registering operation, facility related information is generated by relating the name information to the position information and a plurality of facility related information data are stored in a terminal information management server apparatus 600 through the network 200 so as to be distributed by a distribution request in each inherent information. When any one of facilities is selected from a list of registered facilities, a navigation apparatus 700 receives the corresponding facility related information from the terminal information management server apparatus 600 and sets the received facility as a destination. Then the navigation apparatus 700 sets and guides a moving route based on the positional information of the facility management information.
