<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an optical element having high eccentric accuracy or the like while restraining die damage. <P>SOLUTION: In a mold press-forming die, an upper die 10 has a large diameter part 11 slidingly guided by a barrel die 30, and a small diameter part 12, on the edge of which a forming face 13 is formed, and a lower die 20 has a large diameter part 22 to be housed in the barrel die 30, and a small diameter part 23, on the edge of which a forming face 24 is formed. The barrel die 30 houses the large diameter part 11 of the upper die 10 to guide slidingly, and has an inside large diameter part 31 for housing the large diameter part 22 of the lower die 20, and an inside small diameter part 32 capable of housing the small diameter parts 12 and 23 of the upper and lower dies 10 and 20, respectively. Further, the barrel die 30 is provided with an external barrel die 33 which has the part 31 formed to make constant the diameter of the inner periphery or to reduce the diameter from one end toward the other end, and an internal barrel die 34 which is housed in the external barrel die 33 and forms the part 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
