<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal barrier coating member having excellent thermal barrier performance and durability for a high-temperature component used in a high-temperature oxidizing corrosive atmosphere of a gas turbine, a jet engine or the like, and its forming method. <P>SOLUTION: A large number of pores 14 are formed in an oxide ceramic layer 13 so that the porosity is gradually reduced from a metal intermediate layer 12 side to a surface side of the oxide ceramic layer 13, and a crack 16 is formed so that the crack width is gradually reduced from the metal intermediate layer 12 side to the surface side of the oxide ceramic layer 13. In this configuration, the peel-resistant lifetime of the oxide ceramic layer 13 can be prolonged, and the erosion resistance can be enhanced on the surface of the oxide ceramic layer 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
