PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-column connection member which can exert sufficient bond strength between concrete and sheath pipes, between the sheath pipes and a filler filled in through holes, or between the filler and column main reinforcements, and to provide a beam-column connection structure. SOLUTION: The beam-column connection member 1 formed of precast concrete, is set on a column head and has the through holes 6 formed therein, through which the column main reinforcements 17 penetrate, respectively. In the beam-column connection member 1, each through hole 6 is formed of a sheath pipe 7 which then has anchors 8 attached thereto, for imparting sufficient adhering strength to the sheath pipe 7.
