Regulating and shut-off armature and method of its final assembly

The method involves assembling a valve seat case (2) and a valve cone (22) in internal area of a building, and an outlet casing (4) in external area of the building. An intermediate pipe (6), surrounding an intermediate spindle (63), is arranged extending between the valve seat case and outlet casing. The intermediate spindle is fixed to the valve top section (41) of the outlet casing. The intermediate pipe runs through the wall of the building. The intermediate spindle is fixed to the valve cone within the valve seat case. An INDEPENDENT CLAM is also included for frostproof adjustment and isolation valve.
