An antibacterial drugs having excellent antibacterial activities and high safety is disclosed, which comprises as an aqctive ingredient, quinolone derivatives which have a substituted aminocycloalkylpyrrolidine as a substituent and are further substituted with various substituents, represented by formula (I), and its salts and hydrates thereof: wherein Q is represented by formula (II) or (IV).
