PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which can satisfactorily be installed also in a place where there are a shelf and another installation above, is easy to insert and remove tableware, and further is excel in stability of a structure. SOLUTION: When a door 42 is opened, an upper door 42b laps over a lower door 42a by rotation of the lower door 42a and sliding of the upper door 42b along the lower door 42a. Thereby, even in a place where there are the shelf and another installation above, the upper door 42b can satisfactorily be installed without touching them. Moreover, the upper door 42b is not a hindrance to insertion and removal of the tableware and the tableware can be easily inserted and removed. And, the lower door 42a and the upper door 42b are slidably combined, operate by the same body at the time of both opening and shutting, and have an unaltered structure capable of opening and shutting them.
