PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved clamp freewheel for reducing force for moving a transmission member arranged on a shaft in the shaft direction. SOLUTION: This clamp freewheel has a sleeve 5 for surrounding the shafts 7 and 9 and movably arranging the shafts inside in the shaft direction, a rotary member 6 arranged in a chamber formed between the shafts and the sleeve and rotating in the first direction for performing relative rotation between the shafts and the sleeve, the transmission member 11 arranged on the shafts, and a driving member 16 arranged on the shafts for moving the transmission member in the shaft direction. The rotary member is clamped in the chamber by torque acting in the opposite direction of the first direction. The shafts are composed of a hollow shaft part and an inside part capable of moving in the shaft direction inside the shaft part and locked so as not to rotate, and the driving member and the transmission member are arranged in the inside part.
