<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store system of simple composition capable of achieving labor saving in individual work procedures such as automated calculation/payment of a bill for a cooked product purchased by an unnamed customer, confirming a special order (order receiving), establishing the priority of best dishes (cooking hot-selling dishes and putting them on a shelf), and disposing of dishes which have lost freshness, and also provide a terminal and a server system used for the store system. <P>SOLUTION: RFID chips in which an identification number unique to a plate, which is classified for each unit price of the dish put on the plate, is written beforehand, are incorporated in a plurality of plates on a rotating conveyor belt of a mobile product display shelf 8 disposed in a store. Customer terminals 2-1 to 2-n are disposed in correspondence with each seat on which customers take, reads the identification number unique to a plate from the RFID chip incorporated in the plate when a customer takes a dish he or she wants to buy together with the plate, and sends it along with the position information corresponding to the installation site to the information control server 1.
