<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new processed soybean food quite different from conventional processed foods and developing new applications of processed foods derived from soybean and provide a method for producing the new processed soybean food. <P>SOLUTION: The subject soybean paste contains crushed soybean particles and water and has a solid concentration of 20-30 wt.%.
