<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data memory pass-through device, a system incorporating a data memory pass-through device, and a method that uses the data memory pass-through device. <P>SOLUTION: The extendable memory holder can hand over a data memory from a data memory library storage unit. The explained extendable memory holder include a through housing and one or more extendable supports. The extendable memory holder retains memory in the through housing and hands over longitudinally. Thus, the extendable memory holder can hand the memory from a 1st (source) library over to a 2nd (target) library.
