发明名称 ZINC OXIDE TYPE FLUORESCENT MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc oxide type fluorescent material and its production method, wherein green and blue colored phosphors can effectively be realized and high and improved luminous efficacy can be attained. SOLUTION: The zinc oxide type fluorescent material comprises zinc oxide and 1×10<SP>14</SP>-5×10<SP>15</SP>ions/cm<SP>2</SP>of a copper ion introduced therein.The zinc oxide type fluorescent material can be produced by a process of synthesizing zinc oxide, a process of introducing a copper ion in the zinc oxide, and a process of heat treatment of the zinc oxide at 700-1,000°C for 5-90 min under oxidizing, nitrogen-containing or argon-containing atmosphere. A fluorescent material generating a short wavelength ray can be obtained by adding magnesium to zinc oxide. The most desirable fluorescent material can be obtained by introducing 1×10<SP>18</SP>-5×10<SP>19</SP>cm<SP>3</SP>of a copper ion.
