<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production control system with culpable blunder evaluation for specifying the process generating process stock or product stock and quantifying the degree of responsibility for causing the stock. <P>SOLUTION: The production control system with culpable blunder evaluation for quantifying the degree of responsibility for causing the process stock, comprises an expected value of culpable blunder calculating means for selecting the production number and planned man power from an input production plan data file and production performance data file and integrating to calculate the expected value of culpable blunder; an actual man power calculating means for selecting the planned production interval and actual production interval from the input production plan data file and production performance data file and judging the difference to calculate the actual man power; and a culpable blunder evaluating means for judging the difference between the actual value of culpable blunder, calculated by integrating the production number and the actual man power, and the expected value of culpable blunder to evaluate the culpable blunder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
