<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist sauna device capable of providing a comfortable exercise in a bathroom while reducing the burden on a body for a user exercising in the bathroom. <P>SOLUTION: The mist sauna device 50 is equipped with a mist means M1 for spouting a mist into the bathroom 1, a mist temperature setting means M2 capable of setting the temperature of the spouted mist, and a control means 40 capable of performing hot mist bath operation for spouting a hot mist set within a prescribed hot mist temperature range for stimulating user's perspiration.
