<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UHF radio frequency identification tag allowing for its downsizing and quick and easy work of bonding an antenna to a chip. <P>SOLUTION: The UHF radio frequency identification (UHF-RFID) tag 31 comprises a chip 37 having a connecting part 39 for connecting an internal circuit to the outside, a substrate 33 for attaching the chip 37 thereto, and a UHF-sensitive antenna 43.
