摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a conductive material capable of forming a conductive layer excellent in carrier transportability, the conductive material excellent in carrier transportability obtained by using the composition for the conductive material, a conductive layer principally comprising the conductive material, and a highly reliable electronic device and an apparatus. SOLUTION: The composition for the conductive material contains a compound represented by a general formula (1), and an urethane (meta)acrylate based cross-linking agent. In the formula, two R<SP>1</SP>may be identical or different and represent 2C-8C straight-chain alkyl groups independently, four R<SP>2</SP>may be identical or different and represent hydrogen atoms, methyl groups or ethyl groups independently, two X may be identical or different and represent substituents represented by a general formula (2), and Y represents a group including at least one substituted or a non-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring.
