A suction opening body (30) having a suction opening main body (31) in the bottom surface of which a bottom face suction opening (32) is formed. In the front face of the suction opening main body (31) is formed a front face suction opening (46) continuously from the bottom face suction opening (32), and a cover (50) is disposed so as to cover the front face suction opening (46). The cover is provided on the suction opening main body (31) such that it can be moved by a regulating mechanism, and this enables the front face suction opening (46) to have a specific opening area. When the front face of the cover (50) is in contact with a wall, furniture, etc., the cover (50) is moved so as to reduce the opening area of the front face suction opening (46).
