PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow provided with a built-in speaker, having a simple and low-cost structure and easy to utilize the speaker. SOLUTION: The pillow is provided with a pillow main body 1 formed of an elastic material, a curved recess that is breadthways curved to the bottom of the breadthways middle part of the main body 1 and formed along in a longitudinal direction intersecting the breadthways direction, an exterior fabric 25 covering the main body 1, a pair of grooves 5 consisting of housing parts formed on both breadthways ends of the main body 1 and a pair of the speakers 7 provided on the grooves 5 and turning toward the inside of the main body 1 in the breadthways direction by a manner wherein the head of a user rests on an upper face of the middle part of the main body 1 and the middle part sinks down to a side of the recess.
