PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation bearing structure for a pile foundation, which contributes to simplification in bearing member welding steps, reduction in bearing member parts count and in bearing member total weight, and improvement in workability. SOLUTION: The base isolation bearing structure is formed of foundation piles 2 which are each formed by rigidly superposing a metallic pile head end plate 4 on an upper surface of a head portion 2a, and have a hollow cross-sectional structure, and a shoe seat 6 secured to a lower surface of a footing 13 and has an annular recessed groove 66 formed in a lower surface thereof. According to the base isolation bearing structure, the head portion 2a inclusive of the pile head end plate 4 of the foundation pile 2 is fitted into the annular recessed groove 66 formed in the shoe seat 6, via an annular rubber elastic plate 7.
