<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to record a sound signal of appropriate contents meeting his or her own application. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of recording the sound signal of a processing object in the process of signal processing in a DSP 30, the sound signal is made recordable between an effect processing section 34 which imparts an effect to the sound signal inputted in an input ch 31, and a mixing processing section 36 which mixes the signal after the effect impartation and the signal of other input chs.
