PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cooler of a liquid-cooled cooling device in which a cooling effect is heightened. SOLUTION: The cooler comprises a bottom seat which is provided with a plurality of protruding cooling fins on the upper surface, and a plurality of recessed grooves on the lower surface; a first liquid pipe wherein two ends are closed, and a plurality of first side holes are opened in a middle step; a second liquid pipe wherein two ends are closed and a plurality of second side holes are opened in a middle step; and a plurality of flow-guiding pipes which are housed in the recessed grooves while connected to the first and second side holes. The first liquid pipe is partitioned into a plurality of first sealed housing chambers, and the second pipe is partitioned into a plurality of second sealed housing chamber. By this structure, the problem of the bending angle of the flow-guiding pipe is solved, and, by a method of arraying the flow-guiding pipe between the first and second sealed housing chambers, the cooling effect is heightened.
