PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotator capable of converting vibration produced by a vibrating motor to torque and a rotator capable of executing the above conversion and emitting light in various colors and various lighting patterns. SOLUTION: The rotator has a power source (lithium cell 4 or the like) and the vibrating motor 3 both built in a top main body 2 from which a rotation shaft 1 is suspended, and the vibrating motor 3 is driven by the power source of the lithium cell 4 or the like via a switch mechanism 5. Further, a rotator having a plurality of shafts suspended from sites at an equal distance, a rotator having the switch mechanism 5 with contacts (plus contacts 6 and 8) opened/closed via centrifugal force and a rotator having a plurality of LEDs 16 for emitting light in various colors and a light emission control part 18 for controlling light in various colors and various lighting patterns by an IC chip both built in itself are also disclosed.
