PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an asphalt paving material made by reusing molten slag, waste asphalt mixture and waste glass, and in particular, the manufacturing method of the asphalt paving material from which the waste glass is hard to separate. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a process for heating and mixing an aggregate and the molten slag, a process for preparing the asphalt kept in a heated state, a process for heating and mixing a pulverized material of the waste asphalt mixture and a pulverized material of the waste glass, and a process for mixing the mixture of the asphalt in the heated state, the aggregate and the molten slag in the heated state, and the mixture of the pulverized material of the waste asphalt mixture and the pulverized material of the waste glass in the heated state.
