PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new benzothiadiazine compound, a method for the production of the compound and a medicinal composition containing the compound. SOLUTION: The compound is expressed by formula (I) (X is O or S; R1is an alkyl substituted with one or more halogen atoms; R2is H, a halogen or OH; and R3is R4or Y-R5wherein R4, Y and R5are each defined in the explanation).
