PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article conveying and a delivering device having high working efficiency by preventing the stop of the conveyance of articles when conveying. SOLUTION: A front stopper 13 and a rear stopper 14 are formed to move between a lock position and a release position for locking and releasing corresponding articles P1 and P2 in the vertical direction, and formed to move forward and backward between a front range and a rear range connected to each other in the front and rear direction and to be locked with the corresponding article when moving forward and to be released from the lock when moving backward. The front stopper 13 and the rear stopper 14 are set so that when one of them is locked, the other is released, and that when one of them is released, the other is locked. A pusher 15 is changed from the releasing condition to the pushing condition and pushes the article to a conveying part 20 when the front stopper is transferred from the locking condition to the releasing condition at the front position.
