PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance inspecting device for a refrigerating cycle for inspecting the performance of a heat exchanger and an expansion device forming the refrigerating cycle, provided to measure the performance of a heat exchanger of small capacity and a micro orifice particularly adopted to the refrigerating cycle of several watt (w) capacity. SOLUTION: The performance inspecting device for the refrigerating cycle provided to measure the performance of a condenser, the expansion device and an evaporator is provided with refrigerant piping provided to sequentially mount on the way the condenser, the expansion device and the evaporator which are measuring objects, and opened at both ends; a refrigerant heating device provided at one end of the refrigerant piping on the condenser side and heating a refrigerant to feed it to the other end side of the refrigerant piping; a cooling fluid provided outside of each of the condenser and evaporator to exchange heat with the refrigerant inside the condenser and evaporator; a flow measuring device provided to measure the flow of the refrigerant on the refrigerant piping; and temperature and pressure measuring devices provided to measure the temperature and pressure change of the refrigerant by the respective measuring objects.
