PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for intersomatic stabilization implanted with mini-invasive approach, inserted between two consecutive vertebras and designed to keep a predetermined space between them in the intersomatic stabilization device suitable for intervertebral reorganization in denatured discopathy and verterbral stable simultaneous restoration. SOLUTION: This device for intersomatic stabilization includes: a cylindrical body having a thread on its outer side surface; a flat head having a suitable thickness to be accurately inserted in an intervertebral space; and a wedge-shaped neck suitable for expanding the intervertebral space during the advance of the device until an insert gradient for the thread allowing the cylindrical body to be continuously screwed in is formed.
