PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust fork unit and a thrust fork for restraining an object regardless of the size of the object while relieving impact force applied to a person or the object to be captured when restraining the object. SOLUTION: A rubber belt 11 is stretched between the tip parts of branch levers 4a, 4b in a thrust fork body 3 composed of a bifurcated lever 4 having a pair of branch levers 4a, 4b branched in approximately semicircular shape.
