PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw point for use in a Swedish sounding test, which ensures and facilitates mounting and dismounting thereof without using a special tool or without being scratched or damaged during execution of mounting and dismounting work. SOLUTION: The screw point consists of a main body 41 which has a plurality of ridges 41a formed on an outer peripheral portion thereof, in a manner spirally extending from a proximal end to a distal end, and a screw portion 42 which is formed on the distal end of the main body 41, for fixing the main body 41 to a rod. Then the main body 41 has at least a pair of plane portions 41c formed on the proximal-side outer peripheral portion, so as to be in parallel or almost in parallel with each other and opposed to each other.
