PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a core press-fitting process and a bonding process using an adhesive, accurately attach a core, and accurately adjust an attachment height of the core and parallelism of the core to a hall element in a brushless motor without a skill. SOLUTION: A cylindrical housing 6 is fitted into an attaching hole 41 in a base plate 4. A fitting hole 73 of the core 7 is fitted to the cylindrical housing 6 at the location of the core 7 attached to the cylindrical housing 6 in a state not to be press-fitted. The brushless motor is provided with a circumferentially positioning mechanism A, and a core pinching mechanism B. The core pinching mechanism B is provided with a core receiving section 43 on the base plate 4 side, and a core holding section 61 on the cylindrical housing 6 side.
