PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the transmitter, the receiver and the transceiver, and the method for transmitting information which use information transmission medium other than a radio wave and can improve an information transmission amount. SOLUTION: The transmitter comprises an information conversion means which converts a value generated based on transmitting information into information on a corresponding chemical material, and a writing means which adds the chemical material on a medium based on the information of the chemical material. The receiver comprises a detection means which detects the chemical material added on the medium and restoration means which converts the information on the chemical material added on the medium into a corresponding value and restores the transmitting information.
