The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating bone diseases using a mixture of herb medicines. In particular, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating bone diseases comprising an extract of the herb medicine mixture as an effective ingredient, wherein the extract is prepared by mixing at least one selected from the group consisting of black bean, soy bean, Yak-kong (Rhynchosia nolubilis) and Dolichos lablab; at least three selected from the group consisting of antler, Achyranthes japonica, Pehmanniae radix preparata, Polygonati rhizoma, Amomi semen and Polygoni multiflori radix; and at least two selected from the group consisting of Cuscuta chinensis, Trigonellae Semen, Lycii fructus, Dipsaci radix and Atractylodis rhizoma alba, at a specific ratio and extracting the same, and is effective in preventing and treating bone diseases such as osteoporosis, degenerative bond diseases and rheumatoid arthritis. |
