FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely plastic surface deforming procedures. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing provided with individual high-speed drive unit. Said housing is in the form of ring embracing blank and having deforming members arranged on raceway of inner surface. Planetary rotation axis of apparatus is inclined relative to plane normal to blank axis and it passes through center of blank. Said ring is mounted in crank having individual drive unit with possibility of additional planetary rotation relative to axis passing through blank center, parallel to its own axis and shifted relative to it by eccentricity value. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, improved efficiency and quality of worked surface. ^ 5 dwg
