FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves making intercartilaginous and transseptal incisions in nasal area in superolateral and greater alar cartilage connection projection with continuation to nasal septum. Nasal mucous membrane is separated upwards from the incision beyond the deformed area of the in superolateral and septal cartilage with substitution material being placed. The substitution material is used as 0.15-0.20 mm thick and 3-4 mm wide superelastic porous plate manufactured from titanium nickelide as distance piece bent at an angle of 17-20° set between external edge of nasal septum and internal part of the superolateral cartilage. ^ EFFECT: prevented functional insufficiency of the internal nasal valve.
