The stop has a wing (10), through which it is fixed to a corresponding column (2) of a gate, connected to a wing (11) by a vertical fold (5). The wing (10) is pierced through its thickness to receive a bolt. The wing (10) presents, to the right of a bore (3) formed for passage of the bolt, a rear clearance (4) which maintains the wing (10) separated from the column. The clearance can be formed by folding or bending of the wing (10).
