PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent draw-down trouble in the melt-molding of a polyester resin, especially a crystalline polyester resin comprising polyethylene terephthalate (PET) flake regenerated from used PET bottle and realize high impact resistance while preventing the lowering of the molecular weight of the molded article. SOLUTION: The modifier for a polyester resin contains (I) an amorphous polyester resin, (II) a reactive compound containing two or more glycidyl groups and/or isocyanate groups in one molecule and having a weight average molecular weight of≥200 and≤500,000 and (III) a lubricant.
