<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using an endonuclease acting to cleave a double strand DNA, when a body cell hypermutation is occurred. <P>SOLUTION: A DNaseγ or a DNaseγ activity inhibitor is allowed to exist in cells as a medicine, thereby providing the following means and methods. A cleaving agent for cleaving a double strand DNA, a mutagen for causing a body cell hypermutation, a promoting agent for promoting the affinity mutation of an antibody, an inhibitor for inhibiting the cleavage of the double strand DNA, an inhibitor for inhibiting the body cell hypermutation, and an inhibitor for inhibiting the affinity mutation of the antibody.
