PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs of electronic equipment by configuring a reset signal output circuit inexpensively, without separately adding a component for appropriately outputting a reset signal, by monitoring a power supply voltage in initiation or the like in the equipment. SOLUTION: Comparators 10, 20 of a reset signal output circuit 4 are configured using excessive comparators included in an IC used for a temperature signal output circuit 5. A predetermined voltage V1 resulting from dividing Vcc1 by resistors R11, R12 is applied to a (-) input terminal of the comparator 10, and a predetermined voltage V2 resulting from dividing Vcc2 by resistors R21, R22 is applied to a (+) input terminal, respectively. Furthermore, a voltage variation of the (+) input terminal is delayed by a capacitor C connected to the (+) input terminal, a low reset signal is continuously outputted to a control circuit 2 by the comparator 10 until Vcc 1 is sufficiently stabilized, and operation of the control circuit 2 is stopped.
