PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release locking in two positions to which a moving member is moved and locked with the same locking releasing device. SOLUTION: When a second lever outer arm 52 of a second lever 50 is pulled upward at the highest position, a second lever inner arm 51 pushes down an upper end pin 32 of an X arm 30 locked in an upper end pin stop hole 23, and when an upper frame 20 is pushed down in this state, the upper end pin is horizontally moved in an upper end pin guide hole 33 and released from locking. When the second lever outer arm of the second lever is pulled upward at the lowest position, a first lever push-down pin 53 attached to the second lever outer arm pushes down a first lever outer arm 42, and with such movement, a projection 43 fitted to the lower end of a first lever inner arm 41 is released from locking in a holding member attached to a lower frame.
