The present invention relates to a single-swing door (1) for access to an elevator car. The single-swing (2) comprises at least two panels (3, 4), a first panel (3) having a preset width which can be fastened to means (14, 15) for coupling the door to an external structure and a second panel (4) having a varying width. The single-swing (2) can be composed according to different widths by rigidly coupling the panels at a vertical edge thereof.
