PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative feeding control system that eliminates the need for switching a control right from a main feeding command device to an alternative feeding command device by the manual operation of a staff in a central feeding command office or a staff in an alternative feeding command office, and can prevent a response delay in an emergency and a delay in the balance control of a power supply and demand, or in frequency control.

SOLUTION: The main feeding command device 10 transmits an output command to a generation control device 30 on the basis of a demand forecast and a generation status and performs feeding control at normal operation, and when an abnormality occurs in the main feeding command device 10 and its function is lost, the alternative feeding command device 20 switches a reception switch 31 of the generation control device 30, transmits the output command from the alternative feeding command device 20 to the generation control device, and continues the control.
