Disclosed is a curable composition which exhibits excellent curability while using a catalyst other than organic tin catalysts. Specifically disclosed is a curable composition containing a polymer (A) having a silicon-containing group which is crosslinkable by forming a siloxane bond, an amine compound (B) and a silicon compound (C) having at least one electron-withdrawing group and at least one group selected from alkoxy groups, alkenyloxy groups, acyloxy groups and hydroxyl groups as substituents on silicon atoms.
