PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filing security system of simple and low-costed structure capable of managing files of important documents in high-security condition. SOLUTION: This filing security system has a document folder for housing files, a folder library for housing document folders, an RFID tag fitted to the document folder to record unique medium identification information and possible to record and read the information in/from it, an antenna for detecting the RFID tag, a shelf sensor for detecting entrance and exit in relation to the folder library of the document files, an antenna controller for switching detecting operation of the antenna on the basis of a timetable and for fixing detecting operation of the antenna to a housing area of the document folder on the basis of a signal of the shelf sensor, and a managing means for monitoring entrance and exit of the document folder and managing stock of the document folder on the basis of a detecting signal of the shelf sensor.
