PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management terminal program, an operation management terminal device and a relay program capable of rapid failure response by realizing a close linkage with a Web-based management screen provided by hardware or software. SOLUTION: The operation management terminal program 210b performs, when display of one piece of detailed information of displayed message information is requested, selection of a screen to be displayed and generation of a parameter for screen calling by use of information of management screen calling definition information 120b. A Web browser 220b started by the program 210b requests the screen to a Web server program 720b, and the relay program 703b called from the Web server program 720b performs authentication processing and screen acquisition, and returns the acquired screen to the Web browser 220b.
